When did summer get here?
Thursday, June 27th, 2013

Apologies to all for the lack of recent updates.  A trip to the RT Convention was immediately followed by surgery on my shoulder (and let me tell you, the recuperation for that has been much worse than I expected.  It must be partly to do with my age.  The body just doesn’t bounce back like it used to… sigh).  About  the time I got some movement back, my deadline was approaching quickly and I had to go head-down into the WIP.

I’m just now coming up for air.

Thanks to everyone for your support of When Honey Got Married… The reviews have been fantastic, and we’re all so glad you’ve enjoyed meeting the gang from Bellefleur.  You might want to pop over and “Like” Honey’s page on Facebook — something’s brewing (but I’m sworn to secrecy for now), but it’ll be announced on Honey’s page soon!

And while we’re on the subject of weddings… “The Wedding Season” starts now! This is the very first KISS continuity and features books by Aimee Carson, Amy Andrews, Heidi Rice and myself and we kick it all off in June with a free prequel novella available for download. “The Wedding Season” has it’s own Facebook page, too, and there will be fun stuff going on all summer.

My contribution to the continuity is Last Groom Standing, out in October.  And check out this cover!Last Groom Standing

And yes, my shoulder is much better now. Thanks for asking. 🙂

This weekend kicks of the first of my summer weddings – but this one may end up being the most special. I’ve known the bride since we were only four, growing up in LA together. She’s an amazing woman, and I’ve always been surprised at how our paths seemed to naturally weave in and out of each other’s lives for the past decade. Now, she’s a stylist in New York, which means, this wedding… well, it’s going to be one for the books.

I hope you had an awesome time! (Sorry for the late response. Somehow my site ate my own comment!)
