hanukkah-kwanzaa-happy-holidays-christmas-season-ecards-someecards

To all my readers, friends, and others:

Free to all, without monetary consideration present or future, are my best wishes for this holiday season; including Christmas, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice, and Kwanzaa, but not exclusive of any other titled or untitled fest normally associated with these calendar dates (or any other calendars in use by other societies). These wishes are offered by me (hereinafter referred to as “wisher”) with no obligations, implicit or implied by any section or clause herein, to recipient (hereinafter referred to as “wishee.”)

May all wishees enjoy a politically correct, environmentally conscious, gender neutral, socially responsible, religiously tolerant, non-substance abusive, racially and ethnically unbiased, low-stress celebration of this holiday season in accordance with those traditions of the religious persuasion and secular practices of your choice, non exclusive of those who adhere to non-religious, commercially-oriented beliefs.

Wisher also offers wishes to wishees for a fiscally responsible, spiritually fulfilling, personally expanding, and medically uncomplicated onset of the generally accepted commencement of the calendar year 2015, but not limited to those following the Gregorian calendar but inclusive of those following the generally accepted calendar use of their societal environs.

All wishes are offered without guarantees (stated or unstated) to all wishees regardless of race, gender, religious faith, physical abilities, age, sexual orientation or ethnic origins, and with all due respect to those of all cultures whose contributions to society built this great nation (not restricted to the United States of America, nor implying that the U.S. is greater than any other country or is the only America in the western hemisphere.) Wishes are also wished equally, without exception or restriction based on the geographical location of the wishee, including, but not limited to, residents of Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe, and Australia, unless prohibited by local law or custom.

Wishee may choose to accept or decline above wishes without notice or penalty.

Acceptance of these wishes implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
• Wishes are subject to change, clarification or withdrawal by wisher without prior notice to wishees.
• Wishes are freely transferable without license or permission provided no alteration is made to original wishes.
• Wishes imply no promise or obligation by or of the wisher to implement said wishes.
• Wishes are warranted by wisher within the usual application of said wishes for a period of one year (twelve consecutive months) or until the issuance of a subsequent wish, whichever comes first.
• Warranty is limited to replacement of wish.

With all my love,

Kimberly

Very exciting news!
Sunday, August 24th, 2014

First off… check out the new look! Isn’t it pretty?  Many thanks to Kim Killion at Hot Damn Designs for the lovely new header (and for not strangling me every time I sent another set of “tweaks”).  My Darling Geek is still playing with some code behind the scenes to make the page more user-friendly, so please let me know if you find any broken links or have any problems with the site.)

And now for the big news…

Drumroll…

I’m so excited to announce that I’ve signed a 3-book contract with NAL for a new series set in the fictional South Alabama town of Magnolia Shores. The first, Something To Prove, will be out in June of 2015.

SQUEE!!

Don’t worry — I’m not changing my style. These are fun, sexy, contemporary romances with the same snark and sass you find in all my books. There’s just more of it (my Harlequins averaged around 50k words, while these are 85k)!

I’ll have more updates on the books coming soon — plus cover reveals, excerpts, contests and more.  If you’re not already signed up for my newsletter or following me on Facebook, now would be a great time to fix that so you don’t miss out.

Don’t make me eat alone in New York!
Monday, February 17th, 2014

I’m looking for a couple of readers in the NYC area who’ll let me take them to lunch on Friday, April 4th.

We’ll pick a restaurant to meet at in Manhattan and talk about books, life, kids… whatever! (And, yes, I’m buying. :-))

If you can fit that into your schedule, send me an email: kimberly@booksbykimberly.com

I’ll select three names on March 15th and we’ll make plans!

Can’t wait to meet you!

Really, there’s No Time Like Mardi Gras, and nothing else quite like it on earth.  My tribute to the greatest party on earth is available now! Yay!

No Time Like Mardi Gras

It got 4 1/2 stars from RT Bookreviews and it has a geek hero.

A scandalous night—and no one will ever know!

Mardi Gras might be the best party in the world, but Jamie Vincent is spending it third-wheeling with her new roommate. So when gorgeous stranger Colin Raine offers to show her around how can she say no?

Soon Jamie’s seduced by the hedonistic carnival—and by her delicious tour guide! Technically she’s sworn off men, but for one night only they can go crazy and no one will ever know…

Until everyone in New Orleans finds out! Now Jamie’s secret is out, it looks as if what happened at Mardi Gras might not stay at Mardi Gras after all…
